Data we collect
Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile name. We store these to identify your account. Username accounts store a username and a password hash. We also store saved references and images, prompts and other content you submit. Session cookies keep you signed in; a temporary cookie secures Google sign-in.
How we use data
We use account data to sign you in, connect an existing account, save references, manage contributions and protect the service. Google account data is not used for advertising or AI training. Google access and refresh tokens are not retained.
Sharing and service providers
Content you submit for publication may become publicly visible after publication. Google email addresses and account identifiers are not published. Google handles Google authentication. Cloudflare handles delivery and security of web requests, including network and device information. Google Analytics measures visits to gallery and reference pages using cookies, page paths, referrer origin, language and browser/device information. We do not send Google account details or prompts to Analytics. These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy policies.
Storage and retention
Account and contribution data is stored on the operator’s server while the account or content is maintained. Login sessions expire after seven days and pending Google login attempts after ten minutes. Backups retain the latest 14 snapshots; deleted data may remain there until those snapshots are replaced. Access to the server and backups is restricted.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without an account, sign out, and control cookies through your browser. To request access, correction, account deletion or removal of submitted content, contact us below; we may verify account ownership before acting. Revoking Imagen Frame access in your Google account prevents future Google authorization but does not itself delete data already stored by Imagen Frame.
